Stuck on something this help center doesn’t answer? Here’s who to contact, based on who you are.

Contact the organization that invited you: the chamber, association, or economic development group whose name is on your invitation email and at the top of the survey. They manage the survey, and they can resend your invitation, fix your email address, extend a deadline, or correct a submitted answer on your behalf.

Before you write, check the taker guide and the troubleshooting index; the most common issues (wrong sign-in email, expired link, blocked submit) have quick fixes.

For product problems your team can’t resolve, contact your Sensible Surveys account representative. To get a fast answer, include:

  • The survey name and roughly when the problem happened.
  • Who was affected: the email address of the taker, viewer, or member involved.
  • What you expected and what happened instead, with the exact wording of any error message.
  • A screenshot of what you’re seeing, if you can take one.

Owners can fix many things directly: resend invitations and reset passwords from the Takers tab, reset member passwords from Team members, and correct account details in General settings.

  • Viewers: contact an owner or manager at the organization; they control your access from the survey’s release settings.
  • Subscribers: contact the organization that granted your subscription; access is per survey, and they can confirm your grant and release status.
